**(‘POWERBOOSTED’) skewed speeds are just over twice the PREMIER level.

All they are really doing is powerboosting the money out of your wallet. DOCSIS 3.0 speeds allow for much greater upload speeds. DOCSIS 1.0 from the mid 1990′s allowed all customers full channel upload speeds. The bandwidth shaping being done is for pure profits, and merely reduces the Internet experience for all users of the node.

Just look at Cox Communications crappy plans rates of speed. And compare them to the DOCSIS technical standards.
