EDIT: i had to go and manually copy the html source from live writer to wordpress. 
the publish killed the html markup.
my neck is bugging the shit out of me right now. its messing with my left arm, down into my fingers making them go numb. and hard to type at times until i move my head around.
This is a SNIP i made. can’t make a snip tho of the start menu kinda lame.
I downloaded the Windows Live Writer beta for the Windows 7 Ultimate beta.
I stoped, saved and quit the live writer and and it new the Recent draft in the start menu for the Live Writer. nice.
The WordPress integration is way sweet too with Live Writer. just enter the URL, and username/password for the blog and viola!
The theme stuff didn’t seem to work for me tho, no biggie.
