For the first time in many years I got a date on Valentine’s Day.
I have a shitty headache at the moment, so I’ll try to say this quickly.
It’s a group date, just me and a few people.
It’s not what I would call a romantic thing although it is a hate filled relationship.
I want to feel better, but they just hate me, so I hate them back.
We all know love and hate, are similar emotions.
I get to go before a Judge again concerning my Workers Comp issues.
I went before a Judge ~6-7 months ago. Noticeably not a lot has changed or progressed.
I still feel trapped and betrayed by the insurance company, and the system itself. For me time goes by in weeks, and months, not days anymore. Everyday I wake up with a headache, or in some kind of pain. I’m tired.
I hate traveling, its painful. Hopefully a lot will be accomplished during this trip. Having to go to California is expensive, between travel expenses, dog boarding, hotel/motel, and also car rental. I honestly think it would be more efficient for me to live in California.
OK, that’s enough before I just start rambling, and make failed attempts at any more humor.

pofolks no mo
I rarely read the local news here, but this one I have a personal interest in. Cheap food, and well some other stuff.
Updike’s plan is to sell or lease PoFolks within the next two months, or he is considering putting a night club in there. At his Apache Point Ranch, whose sale is pending, he has a full-size liquor license that he says is transferable anywhere within the county.

This could get interesting, the PoFolks here in Sierra Vista closed and now will become a nightclub of some sort in a few months. Great! Allow them to generate money, I’m sure it will help the other business around it stay open later with more patrons.
Yes I’m going to miss eating at PoFolks, not that I did often, but the meatloaf was pretty good, and we all love cornbread with honey while drinking sweet tea. I remember eating at a PoFolks a couple times when I was younger while visiting my grandparents.
I wonder will the night life will get any better around here?
From the PoFolks.com website, there are now only 11 PoFolks open.
