It’s been about a week since My appeal was read by my adjuster, Roderick. He definitely doesn’t seem like someone who proactively moves information around. What’s the hold up? Well in his own not so straight forward words, I am not a priority.

So for me to get any answer from the Adjuster, I have to take time to write out long detailed emails, then play a waiting game to hear back. Here is what I wrote today.

Hi Roderick,

I have a few questions for you.

What is the status of my appeal to your Medical Consultant?

I would really like to be able to start finding people to treat me.

1. Chiropractic Manipulation

2. Acupuncture

3. Deep Tissue Massage

4. Sessions with a Psychologist

Do you have a list of people who accept WC, in my area or a website that you know of to help my search?

Are you providing me with a Psych because of Dr Mendelson’s Report, or am I able to find my own? If you are, please give me at least a few to choose from, I’d rather not get locked into someone that I do not care for or feel comfortable with.
