Here are some excerpts from an email I received back from Roderick my adjuster.

Subject: Status? Take 2. How many emails does it take to get to the center of the issue at hand?Roderick,
I am again requesting _ALL_ the reports you have about me, regarding both my Physical and Mental Status, regardless of the disclaimers Doctors place in their reports to CYA. Now I ask you, on what legal grounds do you have for denying me access to my own personal medical reports?[Rod's Reply] You do have the legal right to receive the reports of the doctors who saw you. Please send me a letter stating that you are demanding a copy of all medical records, including psychiatric reports, and stating that you are holding me harmless from the effects of such a release of the records.Again, I am not happy with your response times to my queries. My Father and I should not have to hound you for information. Your repeated failure to even respond about my complaints is a joke. I do receive receipts that you have read my emails. [Rod's Reply] I read all e-mails as soon as they come in to make sure that I respond to any life-threatening matters at once. Why does it take 4 days to respond, and only after a 2nd email? This all leads me to question your true level of productivity.[Rod's Reply] Please accept my apologies for not getting back immediately to you but please understand that I have other matters to attend to that require the same, if not more, amount of attention than your case. I wish I could devote all of my time to you but unfortunately, there are others who need to be taken cared of, too.
…
I do not see the point of having to go through something, what I have already gone through several times, which yielded no positive results.So here I am again, asking you to, please take the following into consideration.
During the past 3 years, the _only_ things that have given me any relief both physically and mentally is;
1. Chiropractic Manipulation
2. Acupuncture
3. Deep Tissue Massage
4. Sessions with a Psychologist
5. Rest, and not over doing it.
6. Trying not to stress out over my painful existenceHaving to deal with my past deadbeat lawyers who did not help me was one thing. But now that I am having to do this myself dealing directly with you, it seems that all that you have done is caused me more stress on top of it all. Dealing with these stressful situations, where people don’t even want to understand what your are going through you is quite hard. I would hope that you try to respect my simple wishes and try to understand what my life has unfortunately become. I suggest that you take some time to do some research online about Fibromyalgia, and CFS. Maybe even read what other sufferers write about, and how it effects our lives.
Full Disclosure and an end to the Chronic Fibromyalgia symptoms that I live with everyday is what I seek.
[Rod's Reply] I will consider this as an appeal to our medical consultant’s decision and will forward it to him to respond.
Well it sounds like they need more adjusters to help keep cases moving. A lot of this waiting around is bull. The fact that they give Doctors 6 weeks to file their reports and return their responses, when they should only need a couple days, is a sad joke. I think it’s blatantly shameful that the Doctor’s who use up the largest chunk of the waiting period are merely cattle farms of patients who desperately need their help most.
